Vincent J. Finocchio Jr. - Partner

Mr. Finocchio, Esq., was born and raised in Syracuse, New York. He graduated from the New England School of Law located in Boston, MA in 1974 and was admitted to the Courts of the State of New York as an attorney in 1975. He has maintained a practice of law for the past 30 years. See his bio for more details.

Mark J. English - Partner

A life resident of Onondaga County, Mark brings a wealth of diverse experiences and education to Family Law. Mark is a graduate of Syracuse University School of Law and an active member of the Onondaga County Bar Association. See his bio for more details.

Tiffany M. - Paralegal

Paralegal to Mark J. English, Esq.

 Tiffany received her Paralegal Certificate from State University of New York at Oswego Division of Continuing Education in October of 2005.  She has been with the firm since August of 2006.

 Tiffany acts as a liaison between Mark J. English, Esq. and his clients.  She drafts and prepares all legal documents for processing .   She is responsible for all of attorney English’s court appearances at the Supreme and Family Court levels in various counties.  She maintains a filing system for Attorney English’s files and briefs Attorney English on case status on a daily basis.

Patricia "Tish" Morton - Paralegal

Tish graduated from Bryant & Stratton in 1993 and has been with Finocchio & English since April of 1994.

Tish develops relationships with clients to assist in drafting information sensitive paperwork. She prepares and processes all documentation that is required by the Court and maintains an intricate filing system to organize all cases handled for Attorney Finocchio. Tish has daily contact with high officials of the Court System.

Tish also maintains the daily operations of the Firm including but not limited to accounts receivable, accounts payable, client billing, human resources and payroll.

Sadie E. Figueroa - Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Sadie graduated in 1997 from Onondaga Community College with honors and speaks fluent Spanish. Sadie has been with Finocchio and English since June 2005.

Sadie maintains the initial flow of potential clientele by answering incoming calls. She also drafts correspondence and assists in processing legal documents. Sadie fills the "Runner" position by hand delivering sensitive materials to the desired locale.
